Installation of a very narrow aisle (VNA) racking system and two DCR Omni man-rising combination stacker/order pickers from Atlet has helped raise storage density and productivity at the Whetstone, Leicestershire site run for Corgi Classics by CS Ellis. The site now has 5,000 pallet positions on nine levels of racking rising to 14m and no longer needs to switch between separate trucks to carry out single item and full pallet picking.
