It reports that Samuelsson and VW chief executive Bernd Pischetsrieder have planned out the structure of the possible company, whereby Samuelsson would have leadership.
The aticle goes on to say that MAN would not be divided up or sold off, and that it would take control of VW's Brazilian-based truck unit - which builds the new Constellation.
However it says MAN will persue a hostile takeover if Scania does not agree with the plan.
