TDG's supply chain management contract with Corus is fully meeting expectations, two months after "phase 1" went live. In particular, "the run-rate of savings" for Corus is on target, says TDG chief executive David Garman.
Phase two is on track for being rolled out in the first half on 2007 and phase three after that. TDG has a seven-year contract to manage Corus's UK deliveries. Meanwhile, TDG is winning significantly more business than it is losing, he says.
