A chocolate cake fit for a pallet network was baked for Pall-Ex's tenth anniversary party in Wales last Saturday night. Owner Hilary Devey told 400 network representatives that the business had grown by 25% in the past year and she would defy her detractors to drive the business forward. "Securing our collective profitable futurewill involve risk and calls for courage. I retain the courage of my convictions and I beseech you all to do the same," she said.
