The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is investigating the death of a driver who was crushed between two LGVs at a haulage yard in Baildon, West Yorks.
It is understood that the man, who has not yet been named, was found trapped between two vehicles at a compound belonging to Vernon Land Transport on Tong Park Industrial Estate. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokewoman for the HSE says: "We are involved and are investigating this incident - inspectors went out on the day
of the accident. However, we cannot comment further because of our investigations."
The company declined to comment at this stage.
