Clean Air Power, which develops dual-fuel diesel and natural gas systems for trucks, has opened a new European research and development centre in Leyland, Lancashire. The new 2,000sq m R&D facility, which will employ 30 people, was opened by shadow minister of state for transport Owen Paterson last week.
