The new RoadTransport.com website has got off to a flying start in its first week with over 5,000 users visiting the site and each viewing in the region of seven pages per visit.
To continue spreading the word about this essential new resource for the industry Commercial Motor editor Andy Salter has taken to the air waves, carrying out 15 radio interviews in a four-hour marathon stint at the mic. "The big topic of the week has been congestion charging and all the stations wanted to discuss
that issue," Andy said. "Rest assured the listeners of the UK have been left in no doubt of the concerns we have for a 'big stick' approach to congestion charging!"
The radio tour covered stations across the country, getting the word across to an estimated 1.8 million listeners.
