Ryder has won a contract to deliver supplies to BMW's Oxford plant for the manufacture of Mini cars. Ryder has opened a depot near Abingdon to support the operation and is deploying a brand new fleet of Euro 5 vehicles, with 50 drivers, to service the contract.
