RLC Transport (Wales) has been sold to its management team after going into administration last month. The company collapsed with debts of more than £130,000. Joint administrators Simon Plant and Daniel Plant, of corporate recovery firm SFP, completed the sale within two days of being appointed. Pontyclun-based RLC has a turnover of £1m and employs 14 drivers and seven other staff.
