Construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer JCB has launched a spare parts service with logistics group Gefco UK.

As part of the agreement JCB's world parts centre in Uttoxeter is now using Gefco's new multifunctional logistics platform in Coventry as a storage hub for distribution to continental Europe.

JCB's European parts centre, based in Sarcelles, France is now being served daily by Gefco's European network hub at Gennevilliers to supply JCB customers in Italy, Spain,  France, Germany, Benelux and Eastern Europe.
