The company has also announced a third power rating from its 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine to join the existing 118 and 94hp models. The new 133hp is available on both van and chassis-cab variants immediately.
LDV’s performance since its takeover by Russian manufacturer GAZ has seen sales take an upturn. The company’s chief executive Steve Young says: “Maxus registrations are up by 76% year-on-year compared with last year and we’ve increased the line rate by some 80%.”
