Fuel tank supplier SB Components says its 240-litre AdBlue tank attracted a lot of attention at the Show.
Although it has been designed specifically for Drivemaster Lease's fleet of Daf XF105 6x2 tractors, SB Component's chairman Steve Bushell says the tank can be adapted to fit other 6x2 tractors, including the Mercedes-Benz Actros and Axor, the Volvo FM and FH and the Daf CF. "The layout of the Iveco Stralis makes life a little more difficult," explains Bushell, "as we would have to move
the batteries to the back of the cab."
SB Components announced at the Show that it is joining forces with competitor and neighbour Truck Logic. The combined business will be located at an expanded facility at SB Components.
