With so many used dealerships supplying the tipper market, it was surprising that only one was involved with Tip-Ex. DG Taylor Commercials, based in Driffield, East Yorks, took the opportunity to put a Euro-4 Daf CF85.360 8x4 on sale at the show and tout for trade. The company
sells 400 used vehicles and 300 trailers a year but is not immune from the shortage of late-year stock - the dealership is after any modern 17-44-tonne Dafs, Scanias or Volvos.
