Davidson & Wilson looses appeal against Impounding

Haulier Davidson & Wilson BV has lost its appeal against the impounding of three vehicles used in an illegal cabotage operation at an Edinburgh inquiry. VOSA's Northern Investigation Team has been looking into the operator's activities for four months, concluding it had been involved with regular work in the UK, despite not holding a O-licence.
