Palletforce has given current member Debach Enterprises extra postcode coverage. Debach has taken responsibility for the CO postcode in addition to its existing coverage of most of the IP postcode. The Ipswich-based warehousing and distribution company has been part of Palletforce since 2005.
Bob Delaney, Palletforce network development manager, tells Motor Transport that Debach was the "ideal choice" for the extra responsibility. "They have been with us for two years. They jumped at the
chance for the extra work," Delaney says.
Debach says the Colchester region is closer to its base than the "northern tip" of the IP postcode, so the expansion makes sense logistically.
Palletforce has announced that it has handled its five millionth pallet. Katem Transport and Warehousing, which covers parts of the DL postcode, delivered the milestone pallet to Palletforce's Lichfield hub from its customer, Dupont Powder Coatings UK.
