Howard Tenens (Swindon) has been signed up by Pall-Ex to cover the SN Postcode. Ben Morris, group sales and marketing director for Howard Tenens, tells Motor Transport it is the first time the company has joined a network: "The opportunity arose, it was too good to miss and we intend to seize it and make the most of it. "It is already providing many benefits to the Swindon area [operation] and many of our existing customers," he adds.

Pall-Ex recruited Howard Tenens in May because another  member found they had extra work in their postcode areas and an additional member was needed. Chris Tancock, network development director for Pall-Ex, adds: "Howard Tenens joins with extremely high- quality credentials, and many years of experience. We look forward to working together." Howard Tenens, which is primarily involved in haulage for retailers and food and paper manufacturers, runs 200 vehicles operating from six sites across the UK.
