A Lancashire operator has had his O-licence revoked and is banned from using his depot following complaints from local residents. Ged Ashes had his licence revoked indefinitely at a hearing in Bury magistrates court. The court heard Ashes had used his Rossendale farm as a depot for his fleet. Formal complaints were received at the hearing that the trucks had caused excessive noise, visual intrusion, vibration and damage to private roads.
