Claes Nilsson has been appointed as the new head of Volvo Trucks' European division. Nilsson currently runs the international division but has held several management roles in the company. He replaces Roar Isaksen, who has taken the role of president and CEO for the Plastal Group. Volvo's European division delivered 49,200 trucks in 2006, representing 47% of the company's total deliveries.
