Hilary Devey, founder and MD of Pall-Ex has won the southern regional heat of the Entrepreneur of the Year for Business Services awards. The judges cited her determination to succeed. Pall-Ex has been able to reduce the carbon footprint for all its distribution agents by optimising vehicle usage.
