Montracon has launched a 'drop nose', wind-cheating, double-deck curtainsider.
The first two to roll from the company's production lines have already entered service within the Fortec Pallet Distribution Network.
Supplied through Trailer Resources, one has joined Fortec's international operations.
The other has been acquired by and joined the fleet of Fortec licensee B Taylor & Sons Transport Ltd of Mansfield (Notts).
Both are high-roof double-deckers featuring a roofline that cants down at the front to provide the more aerodynamic profile sought by operators seeking the up to 15% fuel economy benefits reported for trailers of this type.
