Licences granted with conditions

30 July 2007

Two Hampshire operators have had their licence applications granted by the Western Traffic Commissioner Philip Brown subject to a number of environmental conditions.

Scott Small, trading as Gap Solutions, and Ian Jerome, trading as Hadleys Removals, had sought authority to operate from the premises of Total Logistics in Fourflood Road, Havant. Their applications attracted environmental  objections from neighbours.

The TC granted the licences subject to three conditions: there would be vehicle movements only between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays there would be no vehicle movements on Sundays and no maintenance was to be carried out on site.
