Though granting an application for a five-vehicle licence by Larbert-based Steven B Robertson & Partners, trading as Steven Robertson Haulage, the Scottish TC Joan Aitken has directed that the company be restricted from any expansion for two years.
The company had been called before the TC at an
a Vosa vehicle examiner. The TC accepted the surrender of the licence held by Steven Buchanan Robertson, trading as Woodside Nursery, at the same hearing.
