Ford is offering its fleet customers an online risk-management programme aimed at complying with duty-of-care staff commitments and reducing vehicle running costs. Available to any driver within a multi-badged fleet, as long as at least some of the vehicles are purchased from Ford, the subsidised initiative has a fixed price per person regardless of the level of training needed.
Operated by risk-management company
Drive & Survive, the programme requires all drivers to complete an online assessment those rated as a low risk will require no further action, while individuals in the medium category will be recommended for the online e-learning course. High-risk drivers will be put forward for practical on-road driver tuition.
