North Wales-based tipper body manufacturer Boweld has expanded its operation with an alliance with Boulter Tippers of Tadley, Hampshire. Boulter Tippers will act as the southern fitting centre for Boweld's range of pressed steel bodies for three and four-axle tippers.
Boweld also produces Procover sheeting systems, Airclaw tailgate mechanisms and Flexigate combination tailgates. Boulter Tippers' MD, Ian Boulter, says: "In the past we haven't had access to the [Scandinavian] steels and
manufacturing facilities that Boweld can provide. Our tippers will have that unique combination of quality and value we know our customers are crying out for."
