Mercedes-Benz has launched a five-year, 120,000-mile maintenance deal for Vito and Sprinter vans. Service Package Plus covers labour, lubricants and other materials, as well as brake pads and discs, clutch linings and plates. MoT payments are included
where appropriate.
Rates, which have to be paid up front, are calculated according to the contract duration and the vehicle's anticipated mileage. A Service Package Plus for a Vito van covering 60,000 miles over five years, for example, would cost £1,800.
Liam Ilbury, customer services director for Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle After Sales, says: "Vehicle maintenance can often be a headache for small businesses, particularly when it comes to unforeseen costs. But Service Package Plus customers can budget with confidence, knowing that having made their single payment they won't have to find another penny for routine servicing costs."
