Isuzu has confirmed the launch dates for its expanded F-Series range, with the heavier models set to debut at the 2008 CV Show in Birmingham next April. The 10/11 and 12-tonne versions be on sale from May next year while the 18-tonner will follow on in October. The company has also confirmed that it will be using EGR technology to achieve Euro-5, with the engines pencilled in for next spring.
The company is also establishing a technical centre to train and develop technicians in-house. The Isuzu Academy will open its doors at the end of 2008 at the company's new headquarters in Hatfield, Herts, and is part of a £3m investment that also sees a revised dealer system and an expansion of authorised repairers.
