The Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF) intends to continue pressing the Department for Transport to provide clarity on exactly when and where CV dealers might need O-licences. The RMIF says: "Inconsistencies between trade plate and O-licence legislation and the interpretation of the enforcement authorities have led to confusion."
