Cranleigh expansion plan is on track

07 November 2007

Cranleigh Freight Services says expansion plans for its new base in Dunsfold are "ongoing" but "not holding back growth of the company".

Earlier this year Surrey County Council and Waverley Borough Council rejected an O-licence application from Cranleigh to increase the number of trucks it runs from the base from 70 to 100.

The company believes the move to the new site from the previous depot in Aldershot, has enabled it to "continue its expansion and diversification into new markets"  and "make further investment in its portfolio of services".

Managing director Graham Young adds: "The company is going from strength to strength and we are able to meet customers' demands. We will continue to be an innovator in the industry."
