Ceva Logistics' UK and Ireland managing director Neil Crossthwaite has made a surprise exit from the firm. MT understands that Crossthwaite, who had nearly 30 years' service with the business, parted company with Ceva on 30 November. Finance director Paul Bostock has also left. Ceva says a potential successor for Crossthwaite has been identified, and hopes to announce details "in the coming weeks".
The company declined to comment on questions from MT about the nature of Crossthwaite's departure. It points to a series of "important changes within the Ceva senior management organisation" after re-organising the business into four regions. During the interim between Cros-sthwaite's departure and the appointment of his successor, newly appointed chief operating officer for Northern Europe Bruno Sidler will take over.
