PSA has revealed the all-new next generation of its Citroen Berlingo and Peugeot Partner high-cube vans, which effectively created the sector in 1996. As expected, to fill the gap between the new Nemo/Bipper and the recently enlarged Dispatch/Expert, the new van is slightly larger than the current model, about 250mm longer and with 10% more load volume.
The option of a new flexible seating arrangement gives the possibility of three occupants for the first time in this sector. When it goes on sale in the second half of the year, the new model will be sold alongside limited variants of the existing one in certain markets, expected to include the UK. We expect to have seen the new van in the metal in time to bring you more news in the 24 January issue of Commercial Motor.
