A tyre weight calculator will take pride of place on the Continental Tyre Group stand at this year's CV Show. "Since the introduction of Euro 4 and Euro 5, weight has become an increasingly important consideration," says marketing manager Jill Rodgers.
"We will be asking people to input their own tyres, and then we will show how they compare with our own. Switching to Continental should save about 80kg/vehicle when compared with our main competitors."
