Bollards put up on a Lincolnshire road to protect pedestrians are regularly damaging the tyres and wheels of trucks that hit them because they cannot be seen clearly, says local truck driver Colin Holloway.
The bollards were put up to protect pedestrians and guardrail panels at the roundabout of Barrowby Rd and Sankt Augustin Way in Grantham, Lincs. Holloway says trucks are hitting the bollards every week, partly because they are painted black.
