Albion Chemicals has converted its fleet to all-Volvo with the purchase of 16 Euro-4 FM tractors with Globetrotter cab. Fleet engineer and facilities manager Colin Woodward says fuel economy, back-up and drivers' preference are key reasons for the purchase.
He says: "Along with pleasing mpg results, and an exceptional back-up service, our drivers have been one of the major influences in converting our fleet to all-Volvo. "The majority of our drivers enjoy driving Volvo vehicles and didn't
want us to purchase another marque. Over the past two years we have built an exceptional working relationship with Thomas Hardie Commercials."
