TM Logistics has taken delivery of ten new Scania R340s, a mix of five rigids and five prime movers. The Cartwright Group has supplied the five tandem-axle drawbar trailers, 15 demountable curtainsider bodies and has installed 11 of its Clearlift demount systems.
TM Logistics' head of engineering and compliance Adam Purshall explains that the use of demounts "is essential for accessing areas with delivery restrictions". He adds: "The drawbars and demounts give us more flexibility
and increased carrying capacity."
