Devereux Developments has bounced back from a fall in profitability in 2006 with a 340% improvement. The Billingham-based haulier attributed a £100,000 fall in profit in 2006 to investment in vehicles, trailers and equipment. For the year to March 2007, pre-tax profit rose by more than £200,000 to £290,000.
