Isuzu has launched two new versions of its Rodeo pickup, with both ends of the model range receiving an update. The top-rated Denver Max LE double-cab gets a new 3.0-litre engine producing 161hp and 334Nm of torque with either a manual or auto shift.
Coming as standard are leather trim, air-con, 18in alloy wheels, sat-nav and load-area hardtop. Underneath you get selectable 2WD or 4WD with 'shift-on-the-fly' facility up to 60mph. Prices start at £19,999.
At the other end of the spectrum is the entry-level Rodeo 4x2 single-cab, complete with 2.5-litre 134hp powerplant. The base model gets ABS with EBD, twin front air bags and a rear limited-slip differential. Payload is a competitive 1,235kg while price is an equally impressive £9,999.
