Gloucestershire-based transport operator Downton has teamed up with Raging Bull, a clothing brand headed by England rugby captain Phil Vickery, to introduce new uniforms for its 300 drivers.
The new workwear consists of a rugby-style top, dark trousers and a fleece, with the shirt sporting the Downton name across the chest, as well as the logos of Downton's two main suppliers, DAF Trucks and Cartwright Trailers.
"Projecting a professional company image is essential for us, both out on the road and when working on our clients' premises," says Richard Downton, finance director.
"We want our drivers to look smart and professional they are our ambassadors the minute they get behind the wheel," he adds.
