Isuzu Truck UK has relaunched its contract-hire service for the new Grafter and Forward trucks. Though numbers regarding take-up weren't forthcoming, Nigel Schroder, Isuzu Truck's finance director, is confident of "a significant increase compared with previous years".
The company claims that the service can also be tailored to the customer's needs, with options including O-licence management, reporting, fixed-cost or actual-cost maintenance, fine
management, tyres and ancillary equipment.
Schroder adds: "The timing of the Isuzu Truck contract-hire relaunch falls into line with our recent product expansion plans that saw the introduction of the 27 new models in a new truck range that now goes all the way up to 18 tonnes." Financial company Artegy will manage all the contract-hire agreements, and the service will be available at 64 dealerships.
