Is your fleet performing at its best?

Electric vehicles: good or bad? That's the question TNT Express Services UK & Ireland will answer at MT's Fifth Fleet Management Conference in November. Neil Griffiths, director of health, safety and environmental, and Steve Davis, national engineering manager, will reveal how they decided what vehicles to procure, the infrastructure changes needed to run them and TNT's drivers' reactions.

TNT already has more than 50 (of a 100-strong order) 7.5t Smith Electric Newtons operating on UK roads. Also due to speak at the conference are: MAN operations director David Cussans and Greater Than chief executive Hugh Brown on managing and cutting costs Infin Management director Kelvin Seddon on fuel hedging and Key3 Partners MD Craig Bunker on fuel surcharges.
