Members of the multimodal freight industry have been asked to take part in the Department for Transport (DfT) Freight Best Practice survey to help discover the true economic viability of using a road, rail and sea combination.
The multimodal research will provide the Freight Best Practice programme and the government with more information on the advantages of each transport mode.
A variety of companies are asked to participate in the 15-minute survey, including rail and water freight operators, trade associations and freight forwarders. For more information, go to the Freight Best Practice website.
