Courier firm CitySprint has acquired distribution group PBS Deliveries to bolster its Midlands presence. PBS's Nechells distribution site has become CitySprint's Birmingham service centre, with the group taking on the firm's existing four administration staff and 25 self-employed couriers.
Owner and founder of 20 -year-old PBS, Kris Mazumder, will remain at CitySprint as logistics manager of the Birmingham site.
