Fifth-wheel manufacturer Jost has won the Trailer Innovation Award at the recent IAA Show in Hannover for its KKS Comfort Coupling System.

The winning product is a driver-assistance system to fully automate functions of the coupling and decoupling process previously performed manually.

KKS eliminates not only manual connection of the fifth-wheel couplings, but also manual cranking of the landing legs and connecting or separating the susies.
