Police have raised the alarm over a missing lorry driver, questioning whether he ever reached his delivery destination. Richard Turner has not been seen by his family since he left his home in Redditch, Worcs on 30 August to deliver cargo to Southampton Docks.
The 39-year-old lorry driver, who took agency work from local haulage companies, said he would return home on 31 August, but he was reported missing when he did not come back and could not be contacted on his mobile phone. According to Redditch Police, Turner is known to have visited Tipton in the West Midlands on 2 September.
Turner is 5ft 8in with a slim build, blue eyes and short brown hair, and has his left ear pierced. He is frequently seen wearing a baseball cap and anyone with any information is asked to contact Redditch Police on 0845 7444 888.
