Isuzu Truck (UK) has become the third manufacturer to withdraw from the 2009 CV show, following in the footsteps of Scania and Daf. Keith Child, marketing director at Isuzu Truck (UK), told CM: "Ultimately, we recognised that 2009 is going to be a pretty tough year for everyone in our industry. If we were not in unprecedented times then we would be at the show.

Truck expanded its product line-up with the launch of a new range of 11-, 12-, 15- and 18-tonners, marketed under the Forward range, as well as branding its 3.5-tonners as Grafters.
