The organisers of the CV Show will review how the 2010 exhibition can best meet exhibitors' and visitors' requirements, following the decisions by Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault and Volvo to follow Scania, Daf and Isuzu and withdraw from the 2009 show.
CV Show chairman Nigel Emms tells Motor Transport: "The 2009 show is viable for exhibitors and visitors. It is a unique platform for the industry... to keep up with new technology and technical developments."
Speaking on behalf of Iveco, he adds: "We understand that the CV Show Partnership [the show organisers: the RHA, SMMT and the Institute of Road Transport Engineers] is also taking the opportunity to restructure the show to meet the latest market requirements."

Daf has also withdrawn from next autumn's RAI Show in its home country.
