Financial investigators can put forward claims for a lorry-load of wine being carried by an HGV which VOSA impounded for not operating under a valid O-licence.
On 28 November, VOSA discovered the Scania carrying wine in Westinghouse Road, Manchester. VOSA says the HGV, which has the registration SF04 VVU, bore no livery.
It has issued a legal notice so anyone with a financial interest can put forward a claim.
A spokesman
for VOSA says: "The vehicle's load was seized by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. Any enquiries about this should be directed to their offices."
