The toilets at the J38 truckstop on the M6 have won the national 'roadside restaurant/service station' category in the Loo of the Year Awards 2008.

Flushed by their victory, the truckstop's cleaning team – Brian Kipling, David Douthwaite, Roger Thorp and Phil Collins – say it is an honour to win the award, but insist the most important thing is keeping the facilities clean for the truck drivers who use them.
