Porsche has increased its shareholding in Volkswagen from 42% to 50.76%. VW is currently the dominant shareholder in Scania, and Porsche is now obliged to make an offer for the remaining Scania shares - most of which are owned by MAN. But Porsche says it has "no strategic interest" in Scania.
