Shropshire-based aggregates firm TA Jervis & Co is shutting up shop and selling off all of its HGVs after struggling to find customers in the construction market.
The family-owned Telford-based company will cease trading from the end of January.
The firm's 12 Dafs and eight alloy-body bulk tippers will be auctioned by Malcolm Harrison Auctions on 24 January at the company's yard.
TA Jervis director Nigel Jervis claims the construction industry has dried up and there is no work for his remaining six drivers. He says he wants to sell up before he is forced to put the company into administration.
