Bacton Transport Services is to take control of the fleet of trucks and drivers for John Woods Nurseries.
John Woods managing director John Lord says running the fleet was becoming more complex and required skills that were not core to its business.
Five drivers and four trucks have been transferred to Bacton.
John Woods already had a relationship with Bacton and will remain in control of planning and delivery schedules under the revised agreement.
